About Us:

Cedar Land Title was originally opened by Mitch and Gaona Schoppmann in 1983, and is still owned and operated by their son Brent Schoppmann. 

Our competitors take their orders from corporate headquarters out of town, but we take our orders from you. We're ready to answer your questions, solve your problems, and work hard for you. 

All of our seller financing collections are maintained in house and are not sold off to service centers.
